What is worth sending
Corrections. The most useful mail this site gets. If a claim here is wrong, send the source that shows it is wrong and it will be fixed and marked as corrected. This applies to small errors as much as large ones.
Questions that have no good answer online. The kind of thing that led to this site existing. I cannot answer individual health or financial questions, and will not try, but a question that a lot of people evidently have is a good candidate for an article.
Things you have found out yourself. Long-run experience with a product, an outcome that contradicts what a guide here says, a source I appear to have missed.
What will not get a reply
Requests for sponsored posts, paid links, link insertions into existing articles, guest posts, or any other arrangement involving payment for coverage. None of these are available at any price, and mail proposing them is deleted rather than answered.
Requests to send a free product in exchange for a review. Reviewed items on this site are bought.
Response time
Mail is read. Replies are slower than I would like, and corrections get answered before anything else.
