Baby Phone privacy policy

App and publisher

Baby Phone is published by Md Yousuf Ali Khan. This policy explains data practices in the app. Email support and this website are separate from app use.

What we collect

The app does not collect personal data or send it to the publisher.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send. The email support section explains this separately.

No data collected by the app

The app does not send personal data to the publisher. Information you add for use on your device is different from information collected by us.

What stays on your device

These items stay on your device: photos, voice recordings, phone numbers, play progress.

Device backups may include app data, depending on your settings. Manage those backups separately through your device or backup provider.

Purchases through Apple

Apple handles the one-time content purchase. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. We do not receive your card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own privacy policy.

Photos and microphone

You choose a family picture with the system photo picker. The app receives the picture you select, without general access to your photo library. It stores a copy on your device.

The microphone records a greeting when you choose to record one. Recording is available during first-launch parent onboarding and later in the parents' area. The first-launch recording step does not have a parental gate. The app stores the recording on your device. You can decline microphone permission and use the game's voices.

The app does not request camera, contacts, location or notification access.

Storage and deletion

Family pictures, voice recordings, phone numbers and play progress are stored in the app on your device. They remain there until you change or remove them or remove the app's local data. The publisher has no copy of this content.

In the parents' area, open family personalisation. For a custom photo, tap "Use the original picture". For a recording, tap "Use the game's voice". For a saved phone number, tap "Remove". Replacing a photo or recording also replaces its previous local copy. These controls do not delete the original photo from your photo library.

The reset-progress control in the parents' area clears play progress. It does not remove your family photos, recordings or numbers. Removing the app removes its local app data; copies in device backups need separate management.

Children

Baby Phone is a children's app in the Kids Category, for ages 5 and under. It has no ads, accounts, app analytics or crash-reporting service. It does not send children's personal data to the publisher.

A parental gate protects entry to the parents' area, where purchase and restore controls are available. Family personalisation is optional. A parent can also add photos and recordings during initial setup; that recording step has no parental gate.

Third parties and external links

Baby Phone includes no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs. It has no developer-operated data server.

Apple handles purchases and may process information under Apple's own policies. Opening a support or other external link takes you outside the app. The website privacy notice applies when you visit shopwiselane.com; email support is described separately in this policy.

Your privacy questions and requests

Contact support@shopwiselane.com to ask about information we hold about you or to request its correction or deletion. We will explain what information we have and how we can respond.

We cannot access or delete information stored only in your app. Use the app controls described above. You can withdraw microphone access in your device settings. For questions about your legal rights or a complaint, contact the relevant privacy authority in your country.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the app's data practices change, and record the version and preparation date. Check the policy before using a new version of the app.

When you email support

Emailing support@shopwiselane.com shares your email address, message and any attachments with us. We use them to answer your request. Please avoid sending children's photos, recordings, phone numbers or other unnecessary personal information.

Our intended policy is to delete support emails 90 days after the request is resolved. TODO(copy): Before launch, confirm deletion in the receiving inbox and how provider logs and backups affect that period.
